Students will be provided the opportunity to improve their over-all health through a progressive and consistent work-out routine that combines; cardio, core (abs), stability, stretching, balance, and strength. This course is aligned with the Oklahoma Academic Standards.

Grade: 10

2 semesters – 1 credit

Students will be provided the opportunity to improve their over-all health through a progressive and consistent work-out routine that combines; cardio, core (abs), stability, stretching, balance, and strength. The activities are made more rigorous.

Grade: 11

1 semesters – 1/2 credit
